Active Adult

For those 55 and better, The Heritage at Towne Lake is an exclusive enclave built for active adults – with the emphasis on active. The Lodge community center is abuzz with activity from sunup well into the night. Dancing, shows, arts and crafts, cards, billiards, workouts — and a group of residents dedicated to keeping things hopping. Come live it up lakeside, if you think you can keep up.

The Lodge – The pulse of The Heritage beats strong at this community center. Everything from early morning workouts and craft sessions to late night cards and dancing keeps the Lodge buzzing all day and night.

Pool – Exclusively for our Heritage residents, this pool allows you to cool down from the community’s active pace.

Billiard Room – Take a break and enjoy a friendly game in the rich surroundings of the Lodge. But be careful, everyone’s always hustling at The Lodge.

Arts and Crafts Room – Indulge your creative side in the upscale art studio. Everything from painting to woodcarving to feed your inner artist.
