The study was based on 26,231 total responses in 24 markets, measuring 26 builders in Houston (Brazoria, Ft. Bend, Galveston, Harris and Montgomery Counties) and measures opinions of consumers who purchased a new home in 2008. Proprietary study results are based on experiences and perceptions of consumers surveyed March-July 2009.
