Towne Lake Incentive Program Encouraging Realtors

Caldwell Companies’ Towne Lake master-planned community kicked off its 2009 Realtor Incentive program with an impressive $5,000 giveaway that will be repeated each quarter.
Christine Hebel, a Realtor with Zip Realty, was the winner of the 1st quarterly drawing. She introduced a homebuyer to Towne Lake, which resulted in the purchase and closing of a Coventry Home.
Hebel said she was overwhelmed and totally surprised when Towne Lake representatives walked in unannounced at one of Zip Realty’s monthly business meetings and awarded her the $5,000 check.
“We encourage all Realtors to bring their buyers to Towne Lake today, and every time they close on a home, they will be entered into the quarterly drawing,” Locke said.
A cast of highly-reputable builders have constructed a wide variety of home styles and sizes in Towne Lake’s family-oriented neighborhoods, and have exciting plans on the drawing board. That distinguished list includes David Weekley Homes, Coventry Homes, Village Builders, K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons, and Trendmaker Homes.
Towne Lake has a multi-generational appeal with neighborhoods designed for families of all ages; and an active adult community – The Heritage at Towne Lake – for individuals and families aged 55 years and older who want to enjoy the luxury of a resort-style community with outstanding services, amenities and planned activities.
When fully built out, the 2,400-acre Towne Lake master-planned community will have several sections of “Hill Country-inspired” single-family homes – many waterfront properties - ranging from the $180,000’s to multi-million-dollar properties.
A 180-acre “Town Center” will front U.S. 290 and will feature Class A office space and retail establishments. A specialty student housing development near the Lone Star College–CyFair campus it borders is under construction and will be ready for leasing in July. There will also be a community retail shopping and a myriad of waterfront restaurants on Barker-Cypress, as well as a community amphitheater.
In the heart of the community will be a marina and an additional community center with a competition pool, lagoon pool and lazy river. There will be numerous parks and hiking and biking trails spread throughout Towne Lake, and “old-fashioned” fishing holes sprinkled throughout the community.
This beautiful and unique community will be built around a 300-acre lake that will serve as the heart of the community.
The first 75-acre section of the lake has been completed, and boasts about two miles of shoreline, is 10-feet deep and is located between Tuckerton and West roads on the south end of the Towne Lake community. The second 75-acre section is under construction.
The Towne Lake community’s Welcome Center is located at 9214 W. Bridgeport Pass Circle.
