Caldwell Companies’ master-planned Towne Lake community in northwest Harris County was named “Best Community Under 2,500 Acres” during the Greater Houston Builders Association’s “Houston’s Best” awards program recently.

The locally-owned company was also awarded Houston Best’s “Best Event/Promotion” for Towne Lake’s first annual free Mother’s Day Concert, which was held on the shores of Towne Lake in May.

The Towne Lake community has been designed around a 300-acre recreational lake that serves as the heart of the community and will be Houston’s fourth largest lake when completed.
