Village Builders Receives Highest Ranking for Customer Satisfaction by JD Power and Associates

For more than three decades, the Village Builders name has been synonymous with quality craftsmanship, innovative design and excellence in customer service. It’s why JD Power and Associates has awarded Village Builders, in a tie, their highest ranking for customer satisfaction for homebuilders in Houston. But the real winner is you.

The study was based on 26,231 total responses in 24 markets, measuring 26 builders in Houston (Brazoria, Ft. Bend, Galveston, Harris and Montgomery Counties) and measures opinions of consumers who purchased a new home in 2008. Proprietary study results are based on experiences and perceptions of consumers surveyed March-July 2009.
