Living in Towne Lake is a boatload of fun

living-at-towne-lake.jpgOne of the many advantages of living in Towne Lake is quick and easy access to the water. And with the first 75-acre section of the planned 300-acre lake open, residents can begin dreaming about how they can make the most of the community’s signature attraction.

In other words … it’s time to buy a boat!

To make it easy for you, Bass Pro Shops in Katy has identified a number of fun, affordable boat models that meet Towne Lake’s specifications, including several different sport and pontoon-style boats from manufacturers such as Tahoe and Sun Tracker. Stop by and take a look … and tell them you’re from Towne Lake!

Remember, boats on Towne Lake must be less than 20 years old, with no more than 135 horsepower and under 21 feet in length. Non-motorized boats are also welcome.

Before you put your new or existing boat in the water, you must have it inspected and registered with the Towne Lake Homeowners Association. For more information on Towne Lake’s boating guidelines or to schedule an inspection of your boat, contact Christie Keller at 281-867-9076.
