Free Exercise Classes Available for Seniors at Library

Texercise and the Northwest Branch Library team up to present ‘Texercise For Seniors’, a weekly exercise class meeting weekly at the library every Tuesday from January 10 through March 27 beginning at 2:00 pm.
This 12-week program will feature a minimal impact exercise program designed specifically for seniors to keep them healthy and active.
The Texercise program is an initiative by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services that encourages individuals and communities to adopt healthy lifestyle habits such as regular physical activities and good nutrition.
Attending these sessions will help seniors get off to a healthy 2012.
Classes are free and open to any area senior and their friends.
The Northwest Branch Library is located at 11355 Regency Green Dr. Classes are held in the meeting room.
