Technology Festival Coming to Cypress

The Second Annual Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District Technology Festival is coming to town. It will be held at the Berry Center located at 8877 Barker Cypress Road on Thursday January 27 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.

The Technology Festival is a district-wide celebration that showcases students' technology projects and is open to all Cypress-Fairbanks ISD students.

Projects will be spotlighted in the categories of graphic arts, robotics, programming, multimedia and web pages/web 2.0.

Students will be allowed to make their projects using a variety of software, including Adobe products, Kidspiration/Inspiration, Paint, Core FX, Word, PowerPoint, Kid Pix, Photo Story, Movie Maker, SMART Notebook, Dreamweaver, Wiki, Audacity, Voki and Fireworks.
