Cy-Fair Student Joins the Circus

Going to the circus is always an unforgettable day for both children and their parents.  Just seeing all the exciting things that happen in the center ring, from clowns to elephants, makes many children imagine themselves right out there on the floor as a part of the excitement.

Chase Culp has experienced that feeling for many years but is now getting the opportunity of a lifetime – a chance to be a part of the amazing circus world!

The award-winning international traveling youth circus, Circus Smirkus, has invited 15-year old Houston teen, Chase Culp, to join its summer tour. The circus is based out of Vermont and performs 70 shows across the states of Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and even upstate New York.

Culp, a Cy-Fair student, is a self taught performer that has always dreamed of becoming a part of the circus, according to his father, Lloyd Culp.

Culp will be exhibiting his talents as a clown and juggler in the Circus Smirkus 2011 Summer Tour.
