Goshy Homes has over 40 years of combined service building custom homes and townhomes in high end communities of Houston, Kingwood and The Woodlands areas, including Carlton Woods and Carlton Woods Creekside.

Along the same lines of service, C. Goshy Enterprises, Inc., the commercial division, designs and builds community recreation centers, including pools, playgrounds, subdivision entry monuments, lake amenities, and extensive landscaping. In recent years, we have specialized in recreation facilities developed for age-qualified (55 and better) adults. Completed in late 2007 is a 12,000 sf. recreation center at The Village at Tuscan Lakes, and recently The Heritage at Town Lake Community Center. They are considered to be the "hub of fun" of the communities, offering a resort-style clubhouse which includes; fitness centers, banquet halls, game rooms, computer rooms, arts and crafts rooms, as well as amazing outdoor recreation areas and pools.
