Taxes and HOA information

As of tax year 2007, the following rates were assessed*:
Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District - $1.320 per $100 of appraised value.
Harris County Municipal Utility District #172 - $.89 per $100 of appraised value.
Harris County - $.646 per $100 of appraised value.
LSCS - $0.116 per $100 of appraised value.
Emergency service - $0.059 of $100 of appraised value.
